• Poor oral hygiene, accumulation of calculus, three-degree loosening of the entire mouth

• Periodontitis causes severe absorption of the upper and lower jaws

• A zone A4-A6、B zone B2、C zone C2-C4、D zone D2-D3 lost

• A zone A1-A3、A7、B zone B1、B5-B7、C zone C1、C5-C7、D zone D1、D4-D8 all with III°loosen

1、Full mouth periodontal cleaning/scraping to remove plaque

2、Remove all loosen teeth

3、Take an impression for surgical guider

4、Adapt One day apple implant technology

5、Impant A1、A4、A6、B3、B6、C2、C5、D2、D5

6、Use Temperorary restoration after sergery

7、The implant is covered with abutments after 3 monthes

8、Malo Bridge fixed restoration + zirconia all-ceramic restoration

A4 build 3.5*12mm, upper Angle base station (17 degrees)

A6 is implanted with 4.0*10mm upper straight base platform

A1 is implanted 3.5*10mm, and the upper Angle base platform (30 degrees) is required at the later stage.
